Chácara Flora

Chácara Flora is the most secure, exclusive and well-located condominium in the city, offering its residents complete privacy. Created in 1924, it is a real treasure preserved within São Paulo.
It spans more than 1,000,000 m2 with lush Atlantic jungle vegetation and trees over a hundred years old accommodating diverse animal species such as woodpeckers and small monkeys like the marsupial "sarigüi". It also has two lakes.
The region offers residents a wealth of facilities for leisure, entertainment and shopping: it is 10 minutes away from Av. Luís Carlos Berrine, Shopping Morumbi, Shopping Ibirapuera, Congonhas Airport and São Paulo Golf Club. It is close to excellent schools such as the Swiss School and Escola Maria Imaculada (American Chapel School).
